Challenges

• The restaurant is currently leased to a private operator.
  
• Club staff are responsible for gaming and liquor. Their skills do not encompass food.
  
• The new club fitout is designed to attract a broader, younger customer.
  
• There is an opportunity to provide a contemporary café offer to meet the needs of the new customer.

• Provide and implement a café concept that would generate new sales from coffee and snacks.
